Katie is a business operations expert who has successfully driven efficiencies on game portfolio processes. In her most recent role as VP of Operations and Insights at Big Fish Games, she reported to the CEO and led business operations with a mission of creating clarity, alignment, and empowerment across the company. A lifelong fan of video games, she previously worked across studios and shared service teams at Big Fish to lead successful game launches and cross-organization collaboration.
A Seattle native, Katie is an avid world traveler who grew up in Japan and lived in Germany before and after college. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UW with a Bachelor’s in International Political Economy and a minor in German Area Studies. She’s proud to be successful in her career and even more proud to also be successful at being a mother to two wonderful young children – she finds it always rewarding to balance both.
