Tools Engineer
ProbablyMonsters is a developer of AAA studios that unite, guide, and empower talented teams to create original content and exceptional interactive experiences. Our shared purpose is to build the next generation of AAA game development studios where people, culture and creativity come first.

We seek a Tools Engineer to help our company scale. In this role, you will work with our engineering teams and partners to identify where we can use tooling to improve company efficiency, then build, deploy, and maintain those tools.

What You Will Do:
  • Define, deploy and analyze metrics to understand how people spend, and waste, their time
  • Evaluate and integrate tools to solve bottlenecks, or build new tools if needed
  • Work with the services team to ensure the tools can scale with the company
  • Promote a culture of quality, reliability, and customer-focus

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Four years of professional experience building tools for game studios
  • Worked as the primary engineer on at least one full-stack project, from concept to launch
